- Add-ons listed with the visit they happened on
- Your cancellation or lockout policy
- Whether supplies are included
- Any key, code, or access note that belongs in your records, not the invoice

A look at QuickDollar follow-up
A reminder that starts by checking with you.
Here’s an example of the overdue-invoice check and client text preview. It’s a demonstration—not a real conversation or delivery.
Example response
Sending reminders requires membership. A client text follows your explicit “still unpaid” confirmation; silence does not trigger one.
Bill recurring visits in one invoice
For biweekly or weekly clients, one invoice per billing period with the visit dates listed is easier for both sides than a separate invoice every visit.
Put add-ons on the visit they happened
Ovens, fridges, and windows are where disputes start. Naming the date next to the add-on answers the question before it is asked.
State your cancellation policy plainly
If you charge for late cancellations or lockouts, include one sentence about it. Only bill it if the client agreed to the policy in advance.
Leave access details off
Door codes and key locations should not appear on an invoice that may be forwarded or printed. Keep those in your own notes.
