Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using QuickDollar, a service operated by RFP LLC. By using QuickDollar, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

QuickDollar helps independent businesses create, organize, and deliver invoices, quotes, payment instructions, reminders, and secure W-9 deliveries. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts and membership

Some features require an account and an active QuickDollar membership. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses membership limits.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the names, contact details, documents, payment instructions, and other content you enter. You must have the right to use that information and must not use QuickDollar for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Invoices and communications

QuickDollar provides tools to prepare and deliver your communications, but RFP LLC does not guarantee that a recipient will open a message, pay an invoice, or respond to a reminder. You are responsible for reviewing invoice details before sending and for resolving disputes with your clients.

5. Fees and cancellation

Membership pricing and trial terms are shown at checkout. Paid memberships renew according to the plan selected unless canceled. You may manage billing or cancel through the available billing controls. Cancellation does not remove amounts already owed for a completed billing period.

6. Intellectual property

QuickDollar, its software, visual design, and related materials belong to RFP LLC or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

7. Disclaimers and limits

QuickDollar is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RFP LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and termination

RFP LLC may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
